Cambrian Consulting is a boutique consultancy headquartered in NYC. We operate at the intersection of the financial and technology markets. Our clients include some of the world’s largest banks, asset managers, FinTech firms and VC/PE funds. We launched in 2008, in the middle of the last financial crisis. We service our clients by providing essential advice that is grounded in the realities of business challenges and technology innovation.

Cambrian Consulting was founded by two senior executives, each with experience in the financial industry and as management consultants.

Bharat Solanki

Bharat is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in strategic business programs. He joined Cambrian from Bank of America, where he was an MD at their investment bank. Bharat was also founding partner at m.a.partners and an associate partner at Accenture.

Paul Kolinsky

Paul has more than 20 years of experience within the financial services and management consulting. He has worked with Financial Services firms such as Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Smith Barney, Bankers Trust, and Deutsche Bank.
